Step 1: Your Design
Do you have a design that you would like to print?
Royal holds a large selection of patented designs that are available to our customers. If you are unsure of what design you would like to have printed on fabric, please contact any of our sales representatives or our facility directly, and we will show you our selection, as well as samples of different designs and fabrics that we have printed in the past.
If you already have a design in mind, our design team will work with you on how to get that design onto your fabric.
Step 2: The Scope of your project
How many yards of fabric would you like to print?
We currently have NO MINIMUMS on orders. However, the more yards you print, the lower your cost. Ask one of our sales reps for pricing details.
What type of fabric would you like us to print on?
By letting us know the type of fabric we will be working with, we will be able to find the best method in which to print your design.
Step 3: Ordering a Sample/Strike-Off
Before we get started with your order, we will create a sample for you
In order to minimize errors, we will provide you with a small sample of exactly how the design will look on the fabric that you have chosen. This can take anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on the printing method that you choose.
Step 4: Placing your order
You are satisfied with the sample, and are ready to begin printing on fabric
Once you have approved of the sample that we have provided, we will begin making preparations to print your design on the printing machine that you have selected.
An invoice will be sent to you, and we will wait for your delivery.
Step 5: Dropping off your fabric
Drop off your fabric at our location in Vernon, and we will begin printing as soon as possible
You must provide us with a packing slip for the fabric you will be leaving with us, so that we may keep track of how many yards of fabric we received.
After dropping off your fabric, our team will begin unrolling, measuring, printing, curing, washing, and framing the fabric in order to provide you with the highest quality textile print that California has to offer.
Where can I acquire the fabric that I need?
Our extremely experienced staff will be more than happy to assist you in acquiring any fabric that you may need.
Local pick up and delivery is also an option!
Depending on your location and order quantity, we can pick up and drop off your fabric to your business.
Step 6: Congratulations! You are all finished.
One of our team members will contact you via phone or email, informing you that your work is complete
Your print has been finished, and is ready to be picked up! If there are any issues with the print, or any damage that may have been done during the printing process, we will be more than happy to help you solve what ever it is that you are unhappy with.
