Our Fabric Printing Services

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is currently our most popular method of textile printing that allows customers to print on polyester fabrics at lower quantities. In a sublimation printing process, the customer’s design is printed on specially coated heat transfer paper via a sublimation printer. The paper is then heat pressed onto the fabric to create a beautiful and vibrant pattern. This process produces long lasting and vibrant prints. Our company is geared to meet both your high volume and low volume needs.

Wet Printing

Wet printing is by far the most common screen printing technique used in the textile screen printing industry. In a wet print, designs are dyed onto the fabric through a printing press, and then heated or steamed depending on the fabric in order to cure the ink. The fabric is then washed and framed to the width and thickness the customer desires. This process produces durable, long lasting patterns, while retaining the texture and quality of the fabric that the design is printed on.

Burn-Out Printing

Burn-out Printing is a screen printing method that lightly burns certain portions of the fabric in order to achieve a particular design. This method is often used in order to achieve a mildly transparent look on certain segments of the design. Burn-out printing is only possible on polyester-cotton or polyester-rayon blends.

Pigment Printing

Pigment printing is the second most common method used in screen printing. In a pigment print, ink is mixed with a thickening agent, creating a paste like substance that sits on top of the fabric. Pigment printed fabrics tend to change the texture of the fabric, creating a slightly firm texture in areas where the ink has been applied. This is by far the oldest printing method, and is used frequently on t-shirts. Pigment printing continues to grab the appeal of canvas bag manufacturers and clothing manufactures due to its low price, and reliability.

Foil Printing

Foil printing is a printing method used to print designs that require colors such as bronze, gold, and silver. This method requires an adhesive to be screen printed onto the fabric in the shape of the design that the customer has requested. The fabric is then sent to a heat press, where the vinyl is pressed onto the fabric, bonding to the surfaces where the adhesive has been applied, creating a beautiful shiny finish.

Block-out Printing

Block-out printing is a unique screen printing method used primarily on dark colored fabrics. The process of block-out printing consists of laying a thin coat of a rubber-like substance on top of the fabric in order to “block-out” the colors lying beneath it. Dark fabrics are difficult to print on, and therefore this method is often required.

Wet-Foil Printing

Wet foil printing is a printing method in which both wet printing and foil printing are used in order to create a unique design.
